Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required at hire.
- Minimum 8 years in substation or power delivery engineering.
- Experience with electric utilities, T&D companies, or power clients.
- Strong understanding of substation equipment and utility standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of substations from 69kV through 500kV.
- Develop layouts, bus configurations, grounding, and raceways.
- Perform short‑circuit, ground grid, and relay coordination analysis.
- Prepare drawings, specs, reports, and material lists.
- Coordinate with protection, SCADA, and field teams.
