Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to define, plan, and execute platform strategy for subscription offerings. You will own end-to-end product management, bridging business needs with technical delivery and guiding cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities include translating objectives into capabilities, managing epics and stories in JIRA, and communicating roadmaps to executives.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured, delivery-ready requirements.
• Proven ability to influence across org boundaries and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Agile/iterative delivery practices.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product management for digital solutions enabling subscription-based services.
• Bridge business needs, operational workflows, and technical delivery to define digital capabilities and integration requirements.
• Lead cross-functional requirements discovery and convert business problems into testable backlog artifacts in JIRA.
• Manage executive communications to stakeholders on roadmap and trade-off decisions.
• Partner with engineering to support implementation through sprint planning, UAT readiness, and release validation.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
