Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a Platform Product Manager for Subscription Services to lead a connected-vehicle platform across global markets. You will own the product lifecycle, drive bundling, entitlement, and delivery of digital services for millions of vehicles and models.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, preferably with platform or SaaS subscriptions, and a track record in launching multi-region offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or SaaS subscriptions.
• Experience launching subscription products across regions and models.
• Ability to define scalable, modular platforms for diverse use cases.
• Strong lifecycle, bundling strategy, and customer engagement tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform, enabling seamless bundling, entitlement, and delivery of services across global regions and vehicle models.
• Define the platform vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for subscription packages, service expansion, and customer engagement across the vehicle lifecycle.
• Build scalable frameworks for regional offerings, market-specific content, and vehicle configuration compatibility, including pre-contract technical dependency planning.
• Partner with engineering, brand, marketing, and regional operations teams to design and launch new subscription experiences worldwide.
• Translate product strategy into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and priorities that drive real business impact.
• Support the rollout of trial management, feature gating, service upgrades, renewals, and package switching.
• Establish KPIs tied to adoption, usage, churn, ARPU, engagement, and geographic penetration.
• Work cross-functionally on bundling optimization and customer segmentation across regions.
• Advocate for a modular, API-first platform that enables other teams to launch new vehicle services rapidly.
• Ensure customer experiences meet regulatory, localization, and brand standards across geographies.
