Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spring, TX is seeking a Principal Consumer Services Product Owner to define, plan, and execute the platform strategy for subscription-based services. You will own end-to-end product management for digital solutions, coordinating across business and technical teams to deliver value and scale offerings.

You will translate objectives into capabilities, drive agile delivery, and manage the backlog in JIRA, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related discipline; commensurate experience accepted.
• Ten+ years of experience in software/product management or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Agile/iterative delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital solutions across subscription experiences (enrollment, billing, servicing, lifecycle operations).
• Translate business objectives into capabilities and features with clear problem statements and acceptance criteria.
• Run cross-functional workshops to converge on design and feasibility; manage the backlog and prioritize scope.
• Partner with architects/designers to define integration requirements and data flows.
• Support UAT readiness, defect triage, and release validation with engineering teams.
