Job summary

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic leader for the organization’s most complex, high-impact technical programs supporting subscription-based products and platforms.
Define and drive the end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for subscription lifecycle capabilities.
Orchestrate execution across product management, engineering, finance, sales operations, legal, and customer success to deliver scalable subscription solutions.
Lead large-scale, cross-functional program delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple business units, geographies, and technical domains.
Establish and evolve program governance, operating models, and execution frameworks to support scalability and operational excellence.
Proactively identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across scope, schedule, cost, and quality; drive data-informed decision-making and mitigation strategies.
Provide clear, concise, and actionable executive communications, including program health, KPIs, financial impacts, risks, and strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and security requirements, partnering closely with finance, legal, and audit stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of subscription platforms, processes, and customer experiences through innovation, automation, and modernization initiatives.
