LILT is seeking experienced professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Russian environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality scenarios reflecting operational, technical, legal, financial, and project management challenges across consulting, technology, and enterprise operations.

This independent 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and language technology projects from anywhere

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Russian or English grounded in operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Russian professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments.
