You will craft realistic workflows spanning accounting, audits, IT operations, and legal processes, ensuring operational realism and compliance across engagements.

Qualifications include native Gujarati and strong English, with 5+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

Native-level Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency.
5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.
Background in roles such as Accounting & Auditing, IT/IS Management, Legal Practice, PM, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation.
Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory/compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments.

Responsibilities

Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Gujarati or English grounded in Indian contexts.
Adapt evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, and project coordination tasks.
Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.
Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian professional services, legal operations, accounting, PM, and technology.
