LILT is seeking experienced professionals in Finance and Financial Services to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in the target language. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in language-specific contexts.

Qualifications

• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).
• Strong knowledge of the target locale financial products and frameworks.
• Familiarity with the target locale regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in target language with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices.
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses.
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions.
