Job summary

LILT seeks experienced professionals in Natural Sciences to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in the target language. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world natural sciences scenarios that evaluate AI systems in compliant mathematical environments.

You will work as an independent contractor with flexible hours and remote work, choosing how much you want to contribute.

Qualifications

• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Natural Sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, earth sciences, or related).
• Strong knowledge of target local frameworks.
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade natural sciences content in the target language with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local natural sciences practices
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions
