Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector invites you to join a team of specialists in supply chain subcontracts. This role, based in Redondo Beach, CA, Aurora, CO, Boulder, CO, Huntsville, AL, or Baltimore, MD, requires leadership in subcontract management and compliance across programs.

The Level 4/5 position demands experience with subcontracts, cost negotiations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A US Secret clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Level 4 requires 8+ years in related field; Level 5 requires 12+ years.
• Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide subcontracting process and compliance for junior staff.
• Coordinate content for Division Subcontracts Community of Excellence meetings.
• Train junior personnel on PrOP.
• Serve as GSC focal point for audits.
• Provide surge support for proposals and subcontracts until definitization.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
