Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cradle to grave subcontract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure specialized goods and services.
• Owns contractual management of the supplier.
• Manage source selection from contract proposal to execution phases.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program, and end-users.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms/conditions for procurement of materials/services.
• Prepare RFP packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
• Monitor supplier quality and reliability; manage delivery schedules.
