Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to guide subcontracting processes and compliance across divisions. The role includes training, audits, and support for CID packages, with assignments in Baltimore or other locations listed. Remote work is not available.

The position requires a strong background in Subcontracts/Procurement, SAP/Costpoint experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 8+ years of experience (Level 4) or 12+ years (Level 5)
• Alternate: 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts or related field
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Provide subcontracting process and compliance guidance to junior Specialists and teams
• Coordinate content for Division Subcontracts Community of Excellence meetings
• Train junior personnel in NG's PrOP
• Serve as GSC focal point for audits and information requests
• Work toward long-range goals with minimal supervision
• Provide CID process expertise and support CID packages
• Share expertise in supplier and subcontract management
• Support proposals and subcontract execution up to definitization, including bid packages and negotiations
• Develop subcontract specs and terms for procurement of specialized materials and services
• Identify cost reduction, efficiency gains, and risk management opportunities through negotiations
