Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Procurement, Subcontracts, or Supply Chain.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience in Procurement, Subcontracts, or Supply Chain field.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services from contract proposal through execution.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, issue awards, maintain PO files.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and internal policies.
• Negotiate subcontracts from $350K to $5M and related terms.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering and Quality on performance and schedules.
• Manage subcontract modifications and communications with suppliers.
