Amentum is seeking a Subcontract Administrator in Paducah, KY to manage contract processes and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating bid proposals, preparing subcontract documents, and securing approvals from project management.

Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS and 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a DOE clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typical experience ranges from 5 - 8 years.
• Expert understanding of federal and state policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bid packages and contract terms.
• Coordinate with disciplines to summarize bid proposals and seek management approval.
• Award contracts via phone, telex, or letter and monitor compliance with FAR/DEAR.
• Track deliverables and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• May relocate to job site to negotiate variances and coordinate with contractors.
