Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead overall subcontract management for major programs or subcontracts.
• Coordinate proposal preparation and supplier evaluations.
• Develop and manage the Subcontract Management Plan (PSMP).
• Lead the Subcontract Management Team and ensure staffing aligns with plan.
• Ensure communication of requirements and milestones to subcontractors.
• Manage subcontract cost, schedule, technical, and quality deliverables.
