Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts or PM experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and integrated program teams (IPTs).
• Ability to travel up to 10% and hold an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports proposals, business plans, budgets and contract terms.
• Develops milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Identifies program problems and allocates resources to resolve them.
• Directs the work of employees across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Cultivates customer relationships to develop further opportunities.
• Leads IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Measures program performance and delivers presentations to executives.
