The position is onsite in Linthicum, MD, with travel up to 25% and a pay range of $118,000–$128,934 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years specialized Federal Government contracting experience.
• Experience supervising staff with compliance responsibilities.
• Procurement experience with CPSR-compliant systems.
• Competent with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to obtain clearance and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor procurement staff to meet objectives.
• Oversee performance, KPIs, and daily operations.
• Provide cost-effective procurement support to internal teams.
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS and procurement policies.
• Create and manage POs and subcontracts in the procurement system.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials and services.
• Conduct market research, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier evaluations.
