Qualifications

• Ten or more years in U.S. government subcontract management.
• Five+ years of leadership overseeing multi-level teams.
• Proven CPSR, DCMA/DCAA oversight experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance for FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, CPSR expectations.
• Lead organizational readiness for CPSR, DCMA/DCAA reviews.
• Develop and sustain standardized policies, templates, and data controls.
• Lead subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Drive digital workflows and ERP/MRP integration improvements.
