• Extensive experience in U.S. Government subcontract management with regulatory governance and compliance.
• Leadership experience managing multi-level teams and organizational transformation.
• Experience with CPSR, DCMA/DCAA, and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead government contracting compliance, governance, and training for the SMT.
• Oversee full subcontract lifecycle including negotiations, awards, administration and closeout.
• Drive process modernization, digital workflows, and data integrity within ERP/MRP environments.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Programs, Finance and Supply Chain to mitigate risk.
• Develop a five-year roadmap to scale subcontracting capability and operating maturity.
