The role requires 7–10+ years in subcontract administration, a strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, and a track record of developing teams and improving processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 7–10+ years in subcontract administration or subcontracts management, especially government contracting environments.
• Leadership experience with ability to develop teams and foster collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight of subcontract administration aligned with project requirements.
• Lead high-level negotiations for complex subcontracts under FAR/DFARS guidance.
• Identify risks and oversee compliance across subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with legal, finance, and project management teams.
• Develop and implement subcontract policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior and mid-level subcontract administrators.
