Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of one year in government contract administration or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and respond to time-sensitive requests.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admin and distribution of standard boilerplate agreements (NDAs, TAs) and related pre-award docs.
• Maintain, update, and audit the primary ASE contracts spreadsheet for records accuracy.
• Upload awards, modifications, and deliverables into the ECMS system.
• Maintain organized electronic contract files.
• Monitor SAM.gov registrations and renewals for compliance.
• Respond promptly to internal/external data call requests and reporting.
• Coordinate inputs with the ASE contracts team and support reviews.
• Track contract dates, deliverables, options, and expirations; assist with meetings and notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
