Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Subcontracts to lead contracting strategy, administration, and performance across major capital projects. You will negotiate complex agreements, manage post-award performance, and protect commercial interests throughout project life cycles.

This leadership role works at the intersection of project delivery, procurement, legal, and contractor management, driving risk mitigation, cost certainty, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years in subcontract management or equivalent.
• Experience leading EPC/industrial subcontracting on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract strategy and administration across projects.
• Negotiate complex subcontract terms and price, manage changes.
• Oversee post-award performance, risk, and contractor relationships.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Construction, and Project teams.
