Job summary

HII - Mission Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Subcontracts Administrator to oversee start-to-finish subcontract administration for major programs. This remote role supports the company’s Warfare Systems Business Group with high-volume subcontract activity and close collaboration across procurement, legal, and program teams.

The position offers predominantly remote work with occasional on-site facilities visits.

Qualifications

• 0 years related experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of CPSR compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain multiple agreement types, including FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, public law, and government contract management.
• Team oriented and highly collaborative, within procurement and across functions.
• Proficient with MS Office and Costpoint.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities; detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and remotely; adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic subcontract agreements during execution and support capture through award.
• Prepare solicitation documents, SOWs, terms, and flow-downs for RFPs.
• Ensure timely receipt and accuracy of subcontractor deliverables and monitor performance.
• Knowledge of government purchasing systems and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Prepare price analyses, negotiation memos, and internal/external reports.
• Maintain CPSR compliant subcontract files.
• Review audit files for compliance with purchasing systems and contracts.
• Attend program meetings to address cross-functional questions.
• Coordinate subcontracting with internal and external sources.
• Perform additional duties with a positive business management approach.
