Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to serve as the primary interface between subcontractors and program teams. The role requires DoD experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare RFPs and proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain auditable files while collaborating with range managers, engineering, IT, finance, and other groups to ensure contract compliance and successful supplier execution for JT4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in subcontract administration.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS contracting policies and procedures.
• DoD experience required and ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors.
• Prepares RFP/RFQ and verifies proposal completeness.
• Interfaces with program, project, safety, security, data management, and accounting teams.
• Negotiates terms, price, and statements of work per FAR/DFARS and JT4 policies.
• Maintains auditable subcontract files per government requirements.
• Maintains relationships with first-tier subcontractors and liaises with SMEs.
• Prepares procurement documents, change orders, and tracking records.
