Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage government contracts from cradle to grave. You will issue bids, draft statements of work, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR while advising leadership on contract risks.

The role requires experience in contract or subcontract management and the ability to obtain a government security clearance. You will work on government programs, coordinate with the Contracts & Subcontracts team, and support negotiations and

Qualifications

• Cradle-to-grave contract management including bids through closeout.
• Review and draft statements of work, and perform cost/price analysis.
• Review Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements for JRC.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and related regulations.
• Advise management on contract risks and interpret terms and conditions.
• Process contract modifications in JRC’s CM software.
• Support negotiation of terms, prices, and subcontracts.
• Knowledge of Government Furnished Property procedures.
• Independently track deliverables and compliance items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end prime and subcontract management from proposal through closeout.
• Issue bids with input from subcontractors and perform cost/price analysis.
• Review NDAs and Teaming Agreements for proper terms and disclosures.
• Maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and related regulations.
• Advise on contract risks and interpret terms.
• Process contract modifications in the contract management system.
• Assist negotiations on terms, prices, and subcontracts.
• Handle Government Furnished Property procedures.
• Track contractual deliverables and compliance items on schedule.
