The role emphasizes cradle‑to‑grave management, documentation control, and strong collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations and U.S. Government contracts.
• Experience performing price/cost analysis and supporting defense contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontracts, task orders, and modifications from cradle-to-grave.
• Prepare RFQ/RFPs and perform price analysis.
• Negotiate and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and modifications.
• Ensure flow-down of prime contract requirements and audit readiness.
