Job summary

RTX seeks a Sr. Manager for F135 Subcontract to manage activities for our major sub-contractor Collins Aerospace in a fast-paced, collaborative setting in the Hartford area.

You will lead requirements development, negotiations through award and execution, interfacing with program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear demands and strong performance. The role also drives Lean and other continuous-improvement initiatives to advance efficiency and integration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management, Supply Chain and Finance experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities for major sub-contractor Collins Aerospace.
• Navigate requirements development, negotiations, contract award and execution.
• Interface between program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear requirements, effective negotiations, and performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase subcontract management efficiency and integration.
