The candidate should have 8+ years in relevant fields, strong project management experience, and a solid understanding of government contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• U.S. Person – Military contract dictates U.S. Person status.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal development for F135 and OME programs, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional proposals, coordinating inputs from engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and contracts.
• Develop proposal schedules, deliverables, and compliance matrices to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and review proposal documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to pricing, technical, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary interface with Contracts and Program teams during proposal development and negotiations.
• Support contract negotiations with customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements throughout the proposal and contracting process.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
