Job summary

First Point Group seeks an experienced Subcontract Manager to oversee large-scale semiconductor fab construction. You will manage subcontract formation, prepare bid packages, and lead commercial evaluations with a focus on schedule and cost control.

You will negotiate terms, change provisions, and warranties while coordinating across engineering, procurement, quality and safety teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor or data center industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing subcontract formation and administration for large-scale projects.
• Ability to prepare and review bid packages, scopes of work, commercial requirements, subcontract exhibits, and contract documents.
• Strong commercial evaluation and pricing analysis of bids.
• Experience negotiating terms, change provisions, and warranties.
• Proven ability to monitor progress, cost, and schedule for subcontracts.
• Collaborative work with engineering, procurement, QA, safety and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract formation and administration for large-scale semiconductor fab construction.
• Prepare and review bid packages, scopes of work, and contract documents for specialty contractors.
• Lead commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids, including pricing analysis and risk identification.
• Coordinate pre-bid, bid clarification, pre-award, and subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support and lead subcontract negotiations on pricing, terms, schedule, and insurance.
• Administer awarded subcontracts by monitoring progress, cost, schedule, and change orders.
• Maintain subcontract records, bid summaries, and forecasts using project systems.
