Job summary

You will manage bid packages, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with schedules and budget while maintaining contractual integrity on site in Clay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience
• 8–10 years subcontract management experience or related field
• Expert knowledge of subcontract terms and EPC contracting practices
• Strong negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract formation and administration activities
• Prepare bid request packages and review commercial bids
• Coordinate with project staff on contractual rights and obligations
• Negotiate contract changes with customer personnel and secure settlements
• Ensure subcontract execution and compliance with project requirements
• Prepare meeting notes and distribute action items from key meetings
