Job summary

GTT is seeking a Senior Subcontract Management Specialist for the Clay, NY semiconductor fab project. This contract role supports subcontract formation and administration within the Manufacturing and Technology unit, onsite in Clay, NY.

You will lead bid package preparation, review contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements, delivering effective subcontract management throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in subcontract management or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract terms and EPC contracting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract formation and administration activities.
• Review bid packages and develop project contracts operating procedures.
• Monitor progress, forecast issues, and communicate difficulties.
• Negotiate contract changes with customer personnel.
