Qualifications

• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Leads drafting, generation, and management of highly complex contracts and proposals to reflect business objectives.
• Coordinates input with the Integrated Program Team during proposal and contract processes.
• Manages contract documentation within negotiated parameters and government cost controls.
• Coaches and mentors junior professionals, ensuring quality output.
• Leads contract negotiation, administration, and customer contract activities per policies.
• Advises on contract matters and regulatory issues with leadership.
• Trains staff to ensure understanding of contract law and compliance.
• Maintains historical contract records.
