Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking an experienced government contracts professional to own the full subcontract lifecycle on defense programs. You will navigate FAR/DFARS requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and keep audit-ready procurement files.

In this role you’ll support pre-award and post-award activities, administer subcontract performance, monitor compliance, and coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal teams. A 10+ year background is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in government contracting, aerospace/defense, or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 16, 31, 44, and 52; DFARS clauses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and bid packages.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing, and terms.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, SOWs, and terms & conditions.
• Draft and execute subcontracts and purchase agreements.
• Administer subcontract performance and manage changes and funding updates.
• Monitor supplier compliance with technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal.
