Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Senior Counsel, Government Contracts to report to the Chief Legal Officer and partner with BD, program management, engineering, and finance. You will lead complex federal government contracting efforts, including OTAs and subcontracts, while guiding compliance across the opportunity-to-performance lifecycle.

The role focuses 70–80% on federal government R&D contracting, with broader legal and operational duties in a lean team at a NYSE-listed company.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
• 8+ years of federal government contracting experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS; OTAs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, interpretation, and management of government agreements (OTAs, federal contracts, subcontracts).
• Advise on FAR/DFARS and export-control implications across opportunity, award, and performance lifecycle.
• Develop templates and playbooks to enable rapid, compliant contracting in a high-growth environment.
