Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking an experienced government contracts professional to lead the full subcontract lifecycle for defense programs.

You will work with suppliers and program teams to prepare RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with FAR/DFARS. You will administer post-award subcontract performance, manage changes and funding updates, and coordinate across engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal to resolve issues and

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of government contracting, aerospace/defense, or procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 16, 31, 44, and 52; DFARS clauses.
• Experience with cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, and T&M contract types.
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools — SAP, Costpoint (Deltek), NetSuite, or Oracle a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills across pricing, T&Cs, and change orders.
• Ability to manage dozens of active subcontracts and track deliverables, funding, and compliance deadlines.
• Clear communicator — comfortable with suppliers, program managers, engineers, and government customers alike.

• Own the full subcontract lifecycle from RFP through closeout for government and defense programs.
• Pre-Award: support sourcing strategies, prepare bids, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms.
• Post-Award: administer subcontract performance, manage changes and funding updates.
• Monitor supplier compliance with technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal.
• Resolve contractual issues and disputes with program teams.
