Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from formation through closeout.

The role requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, risk assessment, and collaboration with finance and program teams to ensure compliant, timely deliveries. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex terms, and support government compliance initiatives while maintaining detailed contract records and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 5+ years of Government Contracting experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS contract terms and conditions.
• Able to obtain U.S. security clearance; active clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, assess risk, and negotiate terms for new contracts and amendments.
• Monitor contracts for compliance with FAR, DFARS and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Maintain the contract management system and track deliverables.
• Coordinate with Government Property Manager and Project Managers on inventory reporting and disposition.
