Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to manage subcontract efforts for defense and space programs in collaboration with program management, QA, and business teams.

You will lead supplier negotiations, create and administer subcontracts, and support cost, schedule, and performance requirements for ISR and Aerospace divisions. The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFAR, AS9100D flow-down, and experience negotiating with major suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years of Subcontract Administration or related experience.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance (ITAR).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and AS9100D flow-down requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage subcontract efforts for major components with suppliers.
• Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Perform cost/price analysis and pre-negotiation strategy development.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
• Lead negotiations and finalize subcontract/PO documentation, invoicing, and payments.
• Coordinate subcontract changes (additions/deletions/modifications) and supplier QMS interfaces.
• Support procurement of build-to-print parts from drawings for propulsion programs.
• Maintain industry compliance and continuous improvement in subcontract policies.
