Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Folsom, CA is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to manage subcontract efforts with major suppliers for ISR and Aerospace programs, including source selection, PO placement, and administration.

This role focuses on leading negotiations, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR, AS9100D flow-down, and communicating requirements across PM, QA, and business management; travel about 10% and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR acquisition policies and procedures.
• Experience with MDA MAP/PMAP within supplier base.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100D flow-down requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and manage subcontract/PO documentation and payment.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, and select subcontractors.
• Develop subcontract specs, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Coordinate with program management to align subcontracting with cost, schedule, and performance.
