Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Folsom, CA, seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to lead supplier negotiations and manage major subcontractors for development and demonstration contracts with government programs.

You will work with program management, QA, and business teams to draft specs, terms, and awards, perform cost analyses, and ensure ISO 9001/AS9100D compliance while delivering on cost, schedule, and performance. Travel up to 10%, U.S.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR policies and procedures.
• Experience with MDA MAP/PMAP within supplier base.
• AS9100D flow-down requirements and ISO 9001.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to communicate business cases to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract negotiations and manage supplier agreements.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
• Perform cost/price analysis and pre-negotiation strategies.
• Prepare bid packages and administer subcontracts and POs.
• Coordinate changes, additions, and modifications to subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100D flow-down requirements.
