Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator IV in Folsom, CA to manage subcontract efforts for major components and procurements across ISR and Aerospace programs. You will lead supplier negotiations, prepare bid packages, and administer POs to ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

You will coordinate with program teams, quality assurance and business management, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100D flow-down requirements while driving

Qualifications

• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures, including FAR and DFAR.
• Working knowledge of MDA MAP/PMAP within supplier base.
• Working knowledge of ISA 9001 standards and AS9100D flow-down requirements, including flow down of corrective action to suppliers for non-conforming processes.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract sourcing, awards, and supplier execution for major program components.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer purchase orders and modifications.
• Coordinate with program teams and suppliers to meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
• Lead negotiations and completion of subcontract / Purchase Order (PO) documentation, invoice reconciliation, and payment.
• Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Procurement of build to print detail parts and assemblies from engineering drawings in support of various propulsion programs.
• Sources and purchases machinery, equipment, tooling, raw material, packaging material, parts, services and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization.
• Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop new concepts, techniques and standards in subcontract policies and procedures.
• Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
• Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
• Other related job duties, as assigned.
