Summary

The Senior Style Advisor delivers a bespoke luxury shopping experience, drives sales performance, and cultivates long‑term client relationships. This role leads by example on the selling floor, mentors junior Style Advisors, and contributes to the boutique’s overall success through styling, clienteling, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and model performance for the team.
• Drive results by understanding store performance and motivating team members to meet sales goals.
• Curate and present collections to clients, using omni‑channel recommendations to maximize purchases.
• Deliver personalized client experiences and deepen relationships through CRM activities and tailored outreach.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge across categories to inform styling and sales.
• Mentor and support Style Advisors, assist with onboarding, and provide feedback to management and merchandising.
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill set that exceeds the Style Advisor level with proven leadership on the floor.
• Minimum of 1 year plus tenure with Givenchy or another LVMH Maison.
• Achieved sales exceeding $1,000,000 within the past 12 months.
• At least 30% of total business from private appointments over the past 12 months.
