• Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels
• Maintain product knowledge across all categories to best service client preferences
• Deepen and cultivate guest relationships through personalized outreach and capture customer data
• Deliver memorable guest experiences following the Givenchy selling ceremony and styling vision
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, aftercare and inventory control
• Act on NPS performance and client feedback to improve service

Requirements
