Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a sales associate for the Rodeo Drive boutique in Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide personalized client experiences and build strong relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will support store operations including visual merchandising and inventory control.

Candidates should have over a year of relevant experience in sales, retail, or hospitality and possess excellent communication skills. A college-level education is preferred.

Support store operations including visual merchandising, after care, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels
• Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized outreach such as handwritten notes, calls, and emails
• Capture customer data through discovery and optimize hospitality and store amenities
• Drive styling vision for seasonal product and key business essentials
• Perform store duties including visual merchandising, after care, inventory control and general operations
• Act on client feedback and NPS performance to improve service
