Job summary

MNTSTUDIO LAFAYETTE in Lafayette, CA, is seeking a dynamic Senior Community Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and create exceptional experiences for clients.

You’ll lead front desk and sales efforts, recruit and mentor the CM team, manage inventory and vendors, and collaborate with the GM on studio initiatives. Weekend availability is required; the role offers base salary plus commission and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and front desk efforts, follow up on leads, and meet membership goals.
• Recruit and screen candidates to build a strong aligned team.
• Schedule and mentor the Community Manager team and Clean Team.
• Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute community-building studio events.
