Job summary

CADY is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in San Carlos, CA to lead studio operations and elevate the customer experience during retail hours. You will supervise the studio team, support scheduling, and assist with achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff. The role requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work weekend hours during busy season.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members.
• Able to prioritize tasks.
• Able to lead, supervise, and/or manage team members.

Responsibilities

• Support in strategy toward achieving revenue and retail goals.
• Interact with customers to contribute to an amazing experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop the studio team.
• Assist with creating the schedule and approving time cards.
• Problem solving issues that arise from staff or customers and taking action for prevention.
• Ensure the flow of traffic on the studio floor is running smoothly.
• Assist with weekly inventory.
• Ensure the studio is organized and presentable in all areas.
