MNTSTUDIO is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, team player to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong operational background, a passion for wellness, who thrives in a sales‑led approach, and has a desire to help lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting team development, and helping to create an exceptional experience for both staff and clients. You’ll work closely with the GM and leadership team to support and elevate studio operations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Sales & Front Desk Leadership – Take a hands‑on approach to sales, including following up on leads, conducting sales calls, converting prospects, and meeting membership goals. Lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences. Meeting/exceeding sales call goals and membership sale goals. Provide strong support and training to the front desk and CM team in all aspects of client service and sales performance.
  • Recruitment & Staffing – Support hiring of the Community Manager team. Help build a strong, aligned team.
  • Team Management – Schedule and mentor the Community Manager (CM) team—especially in the GM’s absence.
  • Inventory & Vendors – Monitor supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Event Support – Collaborate with the events lead to plan and execute community‑building studio events.
  • Lead Operations – Build and owner the CM schedule and ensure all operations of the Studio are efficient and well‑run. Help to improve and operationalize all daily tasks and work.

  • Have the ability to delegate tasks effectively and coach team members toward autonomy.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable studio culture.
  • Technical guru. Can figure out systems, tools, and is a google sheets/Docs expert.
  • Experience managing others is a plus.
