Job summary

Amex Global Business Travel seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a major enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, reporting, and onsite delivery, acting as daily client contact and ensuring program milestones are met.

You'll manage staffing across the calendar, govern SLAs, budget oversight, and risk management, while partnering with senior leaders to optimize the client experience and drive measurable savings and success.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in corporate meetings and events.
• Experience leading a dedicated client team.
• Experience delivering under a client SOW.
• Portfolio includes multi-day programs and budgets > $1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team and manage staffing.
• Serve as daily client contact for portfolio performance and risks.
• Own delivery against the statement of work and quality.
• Run staffing across the calendar and optimize resources.
• Audit and govern budgets, reconciliations, and reporting.
