Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead. This Senior Manager will originate, grow, and deliver Adobe transformation programs, managing executive relationships and architecting enterprise Adobe solutions.

The role requires deep delivery experience across marketing and customer experience projects and willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements. You will shape client strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementations.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 of: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable integrations leveraging APIs and best-practice architectures.
• Ensure delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
