Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs across the Adobe ecosystem. You will drive opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee implementations, managing both business development and program delivery for marketing and customer experience transformations.

You will lead diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while advising executives on AI-powered marketing capabilities and future-state solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementation.
• Expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management and ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets and manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities for executive clients.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
