EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead who combines deep knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem with a proven ability to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs. This leader will drive Adobe-related sales opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee the implementation of Adobe solutions.

As a Senior Manager, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy, leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–12 years selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementations.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and CX modernization.
• Experience in technology, telecom, media, consumer products or retail.
• Originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leadership, mentoring, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and objectives achievement.
• Develop resource plans and budgets; manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable cross‑platform integrations.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements and team leadership.
